The Van Dieman’s 2025 Boxed Collection is the most ambitious, luxurious, and art driven release we have ever created. This year’s theme celebrates the miniature marvels of the natural world, bringing together twelve handcrafted fountain pen inks inspired by insects that shimmer, soar, hide, and glow. Every colour is paired with its own original artwork, each one designed in Tasmania and reproduced in stunning clarity within the included premium booklet.

What Is Inside the Box

Twelve 15ml Fountain Pen Inks

A full year of colour, crafted in micro batches in Tasmania using our signature formulation and at least 90 percent Australian ingredients.
Each ink has its own personality, its own story, and its own place in the collection. All twelve have been fully documented in your custom printed booklet, including their base colour, shimmer, sheen, chromatic behaviour, pen recommendations, and insect inspiration.

The 24 Page A5 Collector’s Booklet

Printed at 154 mm by 216 mm and filled with colour, this booklet contains:
• All twelve original artworks, reproduced at high resolution
• Full descriptions of each ink and its insect
• Swatch displays on multiple papers such as Tomoe River, Rhodia Dot Grid and Clairefontaine
• Notes on shading, separation, multichromatic behaviour and performance
• Artist credits for Belinda Rix, Ryan Rivers, and the Van Dieman’s Team

Twelve Custom Swatch Cards

Each swatch card is printed on premium coated stock and features one of the twelve insects chosen for 2025. These were printed specifically for this boxed collection and allow you to create a matching swatch archive of your inks.

Four Foiled Sticker Sheets

Gold foiled stickers featuring all twelve insects. These are perfect for decorating journals, planners, notebooks, pen cases and ink storage boxes.
